Tuscany are a venetian woodstyle blind made from expanded foam PVC. Tuscany venetian blinds offer a cheaper alternative to blinds made from timber. Tuscany is stable and fireretardant (testing to AS 1530).
The unique structure of our Tuscany venetians will not absorb moisture so they can be placed in areas where wooden blinds are not suitable such as bathrooms and kitchens. They resist cracking, peeling, fading and warping. Unlike some other faux timber blinds the colour is right through the slat therefore there is no need to touch up cut edges or scratches.
Tuscany can be immersed in water and easily cleaned with a mild detergent as well as it can be sanitized and disinfected for use in medical facilities.
Tuscany is now available in oyster white, pearl white and snow white in 63mm blades.
Minimum Blind size is 200mm. Blinds under 400mm carry a surcharge as these
blinds are made by hand. These are not supplied with a warrantee. Please also be aware that blinds
under 250mm will not have lift cord, these are tilt only.
Stacking height of the blades is approximately 15% of the drop.
Tuscany is also an ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRODUCT.
Colour AccuracyAlthough utmost care has been taken to ensure that the colors printed on our web site are accurate, actual colours will vary. In addition, subtle colour differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in computer monitors. As our products are all made to measure, and can't be returned, you need to be sure that any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples are acceptable to you. If an exact colour match is required, then please request a sample before placing your order. Once you receive your sample, keep in mind that all samples may still have minimal dyelot colour variations as stated by the manufacturers.
